How it's priced
By the hour, half day or day, whichever suits the work. For anything over a day I agree an estimate with you first.

Questions
Do you work on-site?
Yes, anywhere in the UK. Most work happens remotely over video calls and screen sharing, and travel costs for on-site visits are charged at cost.
Can you work alongside our developers or supplier?
Yes. I work with existing teams all the time. My job is to help, not to take over.
How is it billed?
By the hour, half day or day, whichever suits the work. For anything over a day I agree an estimate with you first.
Are you independent?
Yes. I don't take commission from hosting companies or software vendors, so my advice is based only on what is right for you.
Anything else I should know about prices?
- Retainer clients get 10% off project work and the breach rate.
- Out-of-hours emergency work is by arrangement, not a 24/7 promise.
- I'm not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add.
